Licensing - liqUor
Here you will find information on liquor licensing and links to relevant documents. Other types of licensing are dealt with by the Council's Environmental Health Service, such as second-hand dealers, public entertainment, street traders and late hours catering under the Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982.
Please note that there will be no scheduled SIALB meetings until the new Council is elected in May 2017. The next scheduled meeting will be 6 June 2017.
Please also note that some application fees will increase from 1 April 2017. The amended fee list can be viewed here.
