The Shetland Islands Council administers the Scottish Government’s Energy Efficient Scotland: Area Based Scheme (EES: ABS) which provides grant funding for the installation of energy efficiency measures in private and private rented households (Council Tax bands A-D) who are in fuel poverty.
To apply for grant funding, householders need to complete a Pre-assessment questionnaire
If you qualify you will be notified and added to the waiting list for an assessment visit.
