You can take the following recycling directly to the Gremista Waste Management Facility in Lerwick:
Mixed glass bottles and jars, food tins and drink cans, plastic bottles, cooking oil, tv's and monitors, fridges and freezers, small appliances, fluorescent tubes, mixed textiles and clothes, shoes, batteries, used engine oil, car batteries, used engine oil, car batteries, scrap metal, large appliances, low energy bulbs.
