You need to come to Transport Planning at 6 North Ness Business Park, Lerwick, to apply in person with the following information:
Proof of age – we can accept the following documents:
· Birth Certificate
· Passport
· Photo Driving Licence
· Attendance Allowance Letter
Proof of address – we can accept the following documents (must be dated within the last 3 months):
· Council Tax Bill
· Utilities Bill
· Bank Statement
· Television Licence
· Letter from Residential Home
· Letter from Local Authority confirming that applicant is a resident within the council area
Disabled
You need to come to Transport Planning at 6 North Ness Business Park, Lerwick, to apply in person with the following information:
Proof of eligibility – (documentary evidence must be dated within the last 12 months)
· Higher or middle rate care component of Disability Living Allowance
· Attendance Allowance award letter
· War Pensions Constant Attendance Allowance
· Blind Registration Certificate – letter from local authority, RNIB or other blind society
· Letter from Care/Residential Home
Proof of address – we can accept the following documents (must be dated within the last 3 months):
· Council Tax Bill
· Utilities Bill
· Bank Statement
· Television Licence
· Letter from Residential Home
· Letter from Local Authority confirming that applicant is a resident within the council area
· Award Letter of Child Benefit

If you are a full-time volunteer (35 hours + per week) and you are aged between 19 and 25 (under 26) you will be eligible for the Young Persons Concessionary Travel scheme to be introduced early in 2007. To qualify, in additional the above, you also need to provide evidence from either Project Scotland (membership card) or CSV Scotland (registration letter).
