Looking Ahead

This is the third annual update report on Our Ambition, in line with our agreed performance arrangements for the plan.  As noted, the monitoring of delivery against the actions is reported on an ongoing basis through Directors’ quarterly performance reports to Committee, so that will continue.  However, recognising the fact we are now half-way through the term of Our Ambition and some of the drivers for change, like COVID-19, have inevitably evolved, we are intending to engage with the Shetland community to refresh our understanding of how the public values the issues and priorities contained within the plan.  The feedback we receive will be fed into our annual budget setting process for 2024-25 and will also help us to focus our public performance reporting for the remainder of the plan.
