The following pages demonstrate the value of work available within the next 5, 10 and 10yr+ by the Council and Hjaltland Housing Association.
The total value of refurbishments, maintenance and responsive repairs is estimated at up to £79m over 10 years.
The total vlaue of new build projects is estimated at up to £88m over the next 10 years. This includes new builds at the Staneyhill, Knab and Moorfields sites and other projects within the Strategic Housing Investment Plan (SHIP).
