Licence Type: Variation of Premises Licence - Minor
Who should apply?: A Premises Licence Holder who wishes to makes minor changes to their Operating or Layout Plan ie, substitution of a Premises Manager (see notes on application form)
Cost: £20 - variation to premises licence which does not include the substitution of a Premises Manager

£31 - where variation to premises licence does include the substitution of a Premises Manager
What you need to supply: Completed application form

New Operating Plan and/or Layout Plan (if required)

Correct fee

Original Premises Licence, Summary of Premises Licence and Layout Plan
