We will respond to you within 20 working days, Although we may ask you for more details.

To make request for information the Council holds about you please fill in a subject access request form (DOC, 100kB).
If we can't give you the information
If we can't give you the information, we will write to you. If you disagree with this or are unhappy with how we have dealt with your request, you can ask us to review the decision.
If you then do not agree with the outcome of the review, you can appeal to the Office of the Scottish Information Commissioner.
