This page hosts our annual Health and Wellbeing and School Leaver Satisfaction Survey, which can be accessed here: https://www.smartsurvey.co.uk/s/HWBSLS2024/
We wrote to pupils in June 2024 inviting them to participate in this short survey which should take no more than ten minutes. We also emailed parents and carers to let them know the survey existed and to encourage their children to participate.
The survey is effectively two sets of questions in one survey and closes on Wednesday 7 August 2024.
After a series of health and wellbeing questions around vaping, general wellbeing, physical activity, bullying, use of electronic devices and attendance, there is also a set of questions for school leavers who will not be returning to school after the summer holidays. The survey guides pupils as they enter answers to the questions.
The anonymous survey is for pupils who started in S1, S2, S3, S4, S5, S6 in August 2023. Pupils should not enter any information which may identify them or anyone else.
The information gathered helps us understand young people’s views on a number of key health and wellbeing topics and provides a chance for school leavers to reflect on their experiences at school.
