We achieved a great deal in this area through our engagement with both UK and Scottish Governments, with staff distributing significant Government Covid support funding to help recovery. Overall, 1,882 Covid-related grants were processed by the Council with a total value of almost £16m. This included six local discretionary funds which distributed over £800,000 of funding. These were significant inward investments at a time of great need.
