How to provide a thank you, compliment and positive feedback

If you wish to submit a compliment for a service that exceeded your expectations, or to thank a member of staff that has been particularly helpful to you, we would be delighted to hear from you.

You can share your feedback by;

  • email to: community.care@shetland.gov.uk
  • online at: Care Opinion

Our teams work hard to provide a great service and we welcome all positive feedback.

You can find out more information about the complaints process on our Make a Complaint page.

Our aim is to investigate and resolve complaints thoroughly and as quickly as possible. We value your feedback as it helps us to put things right and to improve our services.

If, after raising a complaint with us, you remain concerned about the standard of care provided by a registered service, you can raise this with the Care Inspectorate.
